My understanding is it is still in the works. However.... whoever ends up with these receivers will own the AK market! I am like you....just waiting on go!

This may have already been asked??? Are they coming in taking 30rnd mags or are they going to be mod to accept 30's???? I'm a ban baby when it comes to these...

They must be imported without the 30rnd capacity, but the mag well will be opened up to make it indistinguisable from an original hi-cap.

Yup....plus, they will have the long ejector for 5.45 and 5.56.

SOMEONE needs to get on the ball and provide a "correct" AK-47 and AK-74 stamped receiver for ALL of us who purchased "Kits" over the last few years and and not willing to accept the current offerings (as far as available AK receivers).
European imported or domestic manufacture, it don't really matter, just that it has the correct wall thickness, chicken feet stamps, no gaps above the safety. IE: Correctly manufactured! Come on vendors! Ken |

....the FEG receivers address all these issues.... HOPEFULLY some builder will have enough foresight to see this!
