Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Galil receiver cover on an AK

Will a Galil receiver cover fit on a Norinco AK?  I would like to have a rear sight mounted further back than the standard position to give me a little more sight radius.  Any other options out there?

Just took the one off my Galil and it fit on my norinco. Might want to take a few swipe with a file on the front of the galil top cover. It was tight but fit and almost fit my screw build AK 74.
