So how does the accuracy of a SAIGA compare with that of a VEPR ?

while i do not own a vepr, saigas are very accurate rifles. my .308 22" is a great shooter. they are half price but must be converted to pistol grip configuration to have a good trigger.

Thanks for the reply. What kind of groups are you able to shoot ?

Are SAIGAs made at the Ishevsk factory ?

Yes, they are made in Izhevsk.  My buddy has a regular 16" 7.62x39, and its a great shooter.  I want one in 5.56.
