Wanting to do a AK build, would it be worth it to wait a few weeks and try to pick up a post ban or should I just go ahead now with a K-Var kit?

K-Var kits have all the evil features.  Get it now and build it later.

It'll take over a week just to get the kit, receiver, and US parts together. Buy now, build soon.
