Guys Im guessing I have to change the front sight housing out? Correct? TIA WarDawg

If the muzzle is the right dia. all you need to do is thread it, screw on the brake and permenantly attach it. I've gathered some of the SAR1's came with a reduced dia. muzzle. Mine measures ~0.550" which should be the right size to thread @14mm.

OK great info on that site. Next question. Do I need to take the Front site houseing off or can I just cut threads right up against it and that the deep as I need to go with it. TIA WarDawg

The front sight housing does not have to be removed.

According to another post, after threading with the chamfered side of the die facing the sight, you turn the die around and thread flush to the housing.
