Just picked one of these up.I dont know a thing about them. Any info. It has a threaded muzzle,fake bayo lug and wood pistolgrip stock.

the very first wum's had the hideous t-hole stock with a big, ugly round hole for the thumb to go thru. yrs, it truely was a thumb-HOLE stock.

these were advertised a romanian made contract rifles that were built for a german firm, then reconfigured for sale in the united states.

later wums featured the dragunov style buttstock found on the cur series and romak-3 rifles.

I've got a Romanian WUM1 with standard AK receiver,fit and finish are excellent.Its one of my favorites.
