Does anyone own a Krebs AK (or M3-A specifically, possibly a stretch krinkov...) I am thinking about dumping my AR and buying one. Please advise as to quality and experiences!

Thanks!

I own a Krebs 103K. Krebs does some of the best work I've ever seen and customer service is very good as well, the highest quality and excellent customer service. I plan on having him build me a custom AK-101 some time very soon. Contact them via telephone or through email and they will answer any questions for you, your best bet is calling them on the telephone.

What sort of accuracy can be realistically expected? 1/2 MOA?

I'm kidding ;) but I would like to know if it can keep a 3" group going.

Depends what variant you buy, AK-101 will be number one for accuracy, AK-74M will be number two, and the AK-103 is number three.

My 74 groups at around 2 inches (+/-) at 100 yards, my 103K hovers around 3 inches.

Actually the M3-A is what I think I like the most... with the Stretch Krink being a close second in 7.62. Nonetheless, 3" is fine and I have a Dillon 550... bet that can be 1.5" if I roll my own ;)

I have an AK103K I bought off another board memeber last year.  Its incredibly well made and very smooth.  I considered it an incredible value after having looked at SAR-1s.  Its the most accurate 7.62x39 AK Ive shot, but Ive never measured groups with it.  It shoots minute-of-people out to any range I might have to use it.
