The pistol grip on the Yugoslavian rifle looks to be about one of the most comfortable grips out there.
 from J Segura on Gunsamerica Is it? I understand parts and rifles from Yugoslavia are somewhat rare and expensive; is there anyone reproducing the Yugoslavian pistol grips? |

you might try ironwood designs and soupbowl enterprises.
i know there is a usa made clone of the yugo PLASTIC pistol gtip on the market...dunno about a clone of the wood version. |

FWIW every military Yugo AK I've handled had the ribbed plastic grip and wood handguards. I think the wood grip was for the M76 sniper.
I went back to Sarajevo with the intention of trading for an Egyptian folder a friend had - just the stockset. He'd traded it off for a Yugo AK. |
