I just recieved an affidavit from the KAG concerning the retitution part of the litigation against SAI/GG. The affidavit must be returned before 9/8/2003 and it must be notorized. Basically if you sent him money and he;1) did no work on your parts. 2) reecived less parts than you sent.3)sent him money to act for you and he did nothing.(some people just sent him money to buy the parts to build the rifle)
If you dont hear from the KAG in a couple of days [email protected].

Remember to have the affidavit notorized.

This just means there will be a judgement against Gary/SAI it does not mean he has any money to pay people back.
