ah...the abuses of full auto fun! and the associated repair bills!
how well we know this game!!!
depending on the round count...if this happened at 80k...it is to be expected. if below that...the rivet were not set correctly in the first place.
this is not necessarily a maadi problem...although egyptian assembly quality is a bit below average. all known manufacturers of ak's have loosened up. although rare, it does happen.
since your toy is presently worth $8k or so, i'ld advise you to send it off to either troy sellars at inrange or mike and todd at ohio rapidfire. both are c7/sot's and accustomed to fixing exspensive kalashnikovs.
the bbl. will need to be pulled and new rivets set...perhaps after welding and re-drilling the rivet holes in the receiver walls, perhaps just and oversize hole/rivet fitted...all depending upon what is found after disassembly.
i would advise you not to continue shooting the rifle...not so much for safety (although always a concern) as to prevent further damage.
you are fortunate, in a way. the "fix" ain't too pricey and after a refinish, the repairs will not be noticable.
congrats on owning an impressive full auto!
