My dad picked up two spare mags this past weekend thinking they were Romak mags. Turns out that they were either Russian or Chinese. Can any one help identify them?

One is a 5 rounder, the other is 10. They have the "waffle" sides. The Romak mag is smooth in the front, these have what looks like a football shaped stop in the front.

Any idea. They are definately 7.62 X 54R, but I am not sure which country.

if the finish is gloss paint that scratches easily, they are chinese.
