The gun store has a Yugoslavian SKS with a nice looking stock and what I think is the flip up grenade sights.  Is $199 a good price for this?

If it is in unissued condition with all accessories it is a fair price.  

I would pass and find a decent one at a show for $139

mint, unissued, with all accessories at 2 bones is a fair deal.

if the rifle is less than that...pass.

i have seen very new looking ones starting at $159.
