Most seem to like the Chinese drum due to ease of loading and maintainance.  However, I'm more interested in dependability. I plan on getting either the Russian 75rd or the Chinese 75rd drum. Which one is going to be the most dependable over the long haul? I hear the Russian one is built better?

The Russian drums are built sturdier, but I have never had any problems with my Chinese drum over the years.  It has shot flawless.

I don't know about the ruskie or chinese drums, but I have a romy drum and I have no probs with it what so ever.  BTW it's a PITA to load though.

The russian drums are nice but I really do prefer chinese for operation, and ease of loading
plus they are plenty beefy and strong
