Has anyone ever made one that is maybe easier to move from the pistol grip? I have a couple of ideas but I don't know how I would make the dents in the reciever to make it stop.  Are there any other safeties on the market?

thanks
Brad

you could do a Galil type selector.

to make the indents you could use a very hard punch and give it a good wack... a controlled wack

Krebs Custom offers and "enhanced" selector switch which should fit the bill.

The one I currently carry and rely on is a Hungarian AMD65 it has a Krebs safety on it and it comes in handy for one handed manipulation.
