i can't figure this out. with troy and orf cranking out 5.45's by the ton, and joeken and hesse taking orders...i thought jimmy would be all over the 5.45 build. kits and receivers have been available for some time and the demand seems to be there. i'm baffled.

One difference in Troy and Global is the fact that Troy is not selling assembled kits. He is just providing a service. After reading our last rambling on the thought of legal kits this popped into my head. I mean he can't import them for a build, and any importer can't supply them to him for a build. The grey area pops in in that we as induhviduals buy the kits and have them sent to a smith for repair/replacement.

This theory is somewhat dismissed in the fact of what is Hexxe, JKF doing.... I dunno that was my .02, if anybody has .03  ya got me beat!
