Either, I was wondering about the nickel cases. Wolf is great for ak, but it leaves alot of black grease stuff in the breach of my ar.

I don't think anyone make 5.45 nickel plated.

As for the 5.56 nickel plated, we have sold a small amount. It sells better than the regular steel cased ammo, but most people still tend to stay away from Russian ammo in 5.56.

When ever I shoot 5.56 (rarely) and I shoot Russian ammo, I always use Barnaul.

I don't see how Russian nickel plated ammo would be any different than American made Nickel plated.

As a side note, some of the Silver Bear ammo is now Zinc plated instead of Nickel.

I've use both the 7.62X39mm and 9mm Silver Bear and like it much better than the Wolf. I've never seen their 5.56mm.  How's the cost?

Well - - - -
I must have gone thur about 2000 rounds of the Silver Bear in 5.56 caliber.  I like the 62 grain bullet for the steel plate shoots.  It has run 110% in my Bushmaster, an Armalite, and a  RR "parts gun" and my little SAR-3. I think the most I have ever paid for it is $110 per thousand, out the door, at the local show.  Now I have seen it much higher in price, but only get it when it's "on sale".  So . . .  about $10 per thousand more than Wolf or standard Barnaul.  Hope this helps  ! !
