I assume one would purchase the AKS reciever for an AK-74 kit, right?

So are they (OOW) heat treating the receivers properly now? I wish we could get a 5.45 Saiga receiver for this stuff. Izmash's new stamping technology is superior to any AK type that's out there. This receiver is nothing more than a classic AKM, old AK-74, type, but it'll have to do I guess.
