Are any ak's legal in nj--i had to turn mine in in 1995 pre divorce----i want to get another and dont want any trouble with the local police-thanks in advance   jimbo

The way not to get in trouble with the boys in blue is to talk to them.  Ask them your questions.  Be up front about it.  I can tell you that the mags are not OK.  The guns?  I don't know.
