Is the trigger slap caused by the low quality fire control parts that were put in them when they were imported or did these weapons have this problem with original parts?

My SAR1 trigger was smooth, but doubled at least once per mag. Before I got a RSA, I tried a $6 take off trigger set from Tapco just to see what they should be like. The Romy take off had trigger slap! But at least I did not have to explain burst fire to the cops at the range, and I know how superior the RSA is to even the factory trigger set.

Redstar it is then was going to try to cure it with original parts. My next question was going to be is it legal?
