It's a Chinese R.A.I. Used all S/N match.
I pick this up for $600. Yes some of the pictures I put the wrong Mag in it. I have 2 Chinese 30 round mags with it. Did I get robbed, or did I do all right. If I refinish the gun will it add or drop value?

If it were me, I wouldn't refinish the rifle.

Do not refinish it, it will kill the value.

Nice preban, easy $1200 rifle as is.

I'm seeing new prices listing them from $650-$750 new. Of course the item being available will play a part in the actual value.

Yeah, from what I've seen no more will be imported.

What do you guys think is a fair price for a SGL31-94 that is excellent + condition?

One of my co-workers bought this from his nephew. He is now wanting to sell it and wanted my opinion. I know AR'S but know nothing about comblock stuff. He said it has Saiga on it, and it's chambered in .223. These are the only pics so far.
Any idea on worth?

Again, I have no idea what I'm looking at, any help would be appreciated.

Unconverted Saiga 223, as posted in the other thread too.  When they first showed up you could buy them for sub 300, now they are running between 550-650 new.  I don't think that buttstock came original on them, you're probably looking at around 500 value in what you've got there, also depends on whether it has the bullet guide modification for taking regular AK mags instead of only Saiga mags.

M10 value is hard to pin down. New-rifle prices have skyrocketed as supply dries up. As far as used value, I rarely see them pop up on EE/forum marketplaces and the ones I find on GB or Armslist have the usual GB/Armslist delusional asking prices.

Hey all, since this country's president banned the importation of some AK's, I am interested to know an approximate value of one of my rifle's...

It is an Arsenal Saiga SGL 21-71 (NATO length buttstock). I keep reading that if it is not from the FIME Group, it is more valuable. Any water to that? It is almost brand new, has 60rds through it...I believe it is cosmetically outstanding.

I have box and all factory paperwork with it too (if that matters).

Thanks for the help and reference!

SA-93:

"The SA93 rifle originally sold new for about $379, but today (2011) they sell new for about $900 - $1000. Used rifles can be had for $700 - $800."
$800 is what I paid for mine used in 2013.

NHM-91 about the same.

Ok thanks for the heads up. I was thinking they might hold a slight premium being New . in the box with the original accessories, manual, quality cert etc.

Both would be worth more properly de-banned; the only Chinese AKs NIB that are going for a premium $2500 are the Polytech Legends, AFAIK.

How about an Arsenal SLR105 5.45x39. Has new extractor/springs.
Cosmetically excellent. Has the plum furniture and I added a CNC Warrior folding stock.
Was thinking of offering it with the CNC stock or the plum fixed stock at the buyers preference.

New to the Forums and my first post here .I picked this up from gun show as my first AK ,i liked it better than other offerings they had mainly WASR and NPAP.

At that time i didn't know anything about it ,i have done some research on it since and it is 56S from Sile import ..not sure if its preban or postban.

Has all matching numbers

That is an early import Sile, pre ban, as it has the bayonet lug, and isn't marked MAK-90.
Worth $800-900, would be worth more with a set of chicom wood, worth more to collectors than shooters nowadays.

This is a widows weapon now.  My neighbor died recently and she does not want the gun.  I am trying to find out a reasonable value for the gun.

He was a marine and brought this home from either Somali or Yugoslavia.

Also if any knows the place of manufacture that would be great also.

PM Sent advising best course of action.

I believe it is a MAK90 made by PolyTech, but I don't know much more than that.  I refinished the stock from the original dark brown paint like finish to lacquer over ebony stain.  Probably a gaffe,  I now realize, but it is what it is.   Good, but not perfect condition, shoots great.  All that said, what's it worth?

Whats the value of a Arsenal SA M7SF? Its the old one where the receiver was US made by Arsenal Las Vegas. It has been professionally cerakoted patriot brown. Maybe 100 rounds fired.

I sold a NIB "new" version in January for $1150 (plus 1 new circle 10 mag). FWIW, it took a couple of days for it to sell at that price.

The possible "plus" on the older versions would be the ability to use a foreign muzzle device and not have 922r issues.

The cerakote will more than likely detract (unless you find a buyer that likes it).

I had one of these and debanned it with a Bulgy gas block,FSB, and an Ironwood stock.Sold it on gunbroker for $1150 in less than 4 hours.

It was a Polytech that got caught up during the ban period and re stamped MAK 90.I have seen these sell in ban config for $700-900 depending on condition and bidders

I've got a one owner (me) Kengs Polytechnic AKS.  It got caught in the holdup and lost the bayo mount.  Shot once, one mag, still have box and accessories.  Has original ChiCom wood added.

Also have my SAR2.  Have original configuration and now sports DDR folder and Russian red dot, side mount optics.  Bought all this stuff back in the day.

I've got an Arsenal SSR-99 too.  But it's still nib and I'll never part with it.

$800-1200, more in a ban state, more with chicom wood, a bit more with the original mags with chrome followers.
Spikers seem to be more sought after in the chicom market.

My guess is that it would end up at $1,200 on GB, if you did a penny-start, no-reserve auction.

I would have been happy with $600.

I had my wife post it to a local gun board through her facebook.

There were two people right off the bat who wanted it, but one wanted me to hold it for a few days til he got paid. The second one saw that and said he has cash in hand.

I doubt you'll find anyone willing to sell them for what it's actually worth these days.  They used to be worth quite a lot.. up to $1000.

But now that there are factory made M92 pistols for $500ish.. it would make no sense to spend more than about $200-300 for a kit.
