Thats one of the new Century plastic mags, I think most/all of it is made in Bulgaria. It is metal lined with metal inserts in the feed lips, so it should be okay, my only experience with them was in a PTR-32 and the last round always popped out instead of feeding. I don't know if that was the rifle or the mags, as I sold off all of it.

They are good mags for taking to the range,  but i since they dont have metal locking tabs i wouldnt put my life on them.

They resemble the original Polish 'slabsides' which are incredible mags, but I can't officially use mine because of my 922r scheme - but I keep them around for emergency use like all my other military magazines. These latest-generation Bulgarian mags are made for the USA market and were never mil-issued. The clear polymers with no steel are in this category too.
