Do these exist? I'm a newb when it comes to AK's. I have a "ban" FEG AK that I bought stupidly and it only took the single stack 10 rounders. Well they jammed all the time so I tried to make it accept 30 rounders and fubar'd it up and now have a useless AK basically. Does anyone sell just the reciever, I didn't think so since it has to be bent and has the serial on it. But I figured I would ask some real experts. Any help would be great. Thanks.

If it was a FEG then it was stamped. Here you go:

Its not like an AR where you just swap parts into a receiver and have a gun. The gun has to be remanufactured and you will have to have the completed gun transferred to you just as if you bought a new rifle made from a kit using a new USA receiver.

Yep, unless you know what you are doing, expect this operation to cost you like $300.  Might be worth it to sell your rifle as a parts kit and just buy something else.

Thanks everyone, I don't know much at all about internals of AK's and I can't afford to dump much money into this so I will probably hold off on any kind of reciever. Actually I may just save up for a better AK and keep this one around for parts...either way it will be a long time before I can afford to do anything lol.
