I bought 4 mags + a pouch from a supposed reputable dealer.  They said they were used.  However, I asked if used meant military surplus and unissued condition.  They said yes.  Paid $100 and change.  
    Fast forward, I receive the mags and there isn't one drop of cosmoline in them.  There is surface rust on the outside of them.  The inside of the mag bodies and followers have pitting and corrosian to the point where you cannot depress the follower.  One of them has a hole in it.
    Now I'm a little frustrated so I call the dealer today (Mon).  They tell me they have a 3 day return policy.  I recieved them last Wed. I did call them on Sat. but no one answered the phone, so naturally I just waited and called today.  They also tell me they have a 20% restocking fee.  Right now I'm waiting for a callback from the manager or owner after he decides if he wants to help me or not.

Here is my question, Did I get hosed?  Is this typical of PSL Mags?  
I will admit I was naive of their shipping and return policy, shame on me!
However, I was assured on the condition and like I said, supposed reputable dealer.
