Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - BP-02 Fell apart...need help

My BP-02 mount fell apart and I have no clue why...even less of one to repair it.  Basically the throw level mechanism 'shit' itself.  Any manuals or pictures that might help.  I found most of the offending parts but don't know how to re-assemble the blasted thing.  Thanks in advance.

That unit is mighty close to the rail clamp post stuck above...

The bottom of my BP-02 doesn't match the picture.  I need a breakdown of parts.  The bottom of my BP-02 doesn't have a screw slot as pictured.

neither does mine, but the bit moves by hand just the same once the locking clip is off as shown in that link
