A friend just bought one of these 3 weeks ago and has used it twice at our gun club.
www.sportsmansguide.com/cb/cb.asp?a=122184His only complaint is the tripod which is full size and due to our gun club having concrete shooting benches on range #1 which is the 300 yd rifle range. He can't get the scope close enough to the bench to be able to just lean over and look through it. He has to move the stool he is sitting on over about a foot to look through the scope. Which screws up his shooting as he has to move the stool back which of course you never back in the exact same spot so you have to adjust the stool several times and then end up having to adjust the rifle on the sandbags too.

It was really a dark cloudy day that last time we went shooting and you could really tell a difference in our spotting scopes. As you can see in the pic of range #1 the 50,100,and 200 yard berms are dirt which is light colored. Which make for easy spotting as bullet holes show up as the color of the light colored dirt of the berm in the black of the bullseye.
www.bentongunclub.org/images/range1downrange.JPGBut the 300 yd berm is a wooded hill side and the bullet holes in the black bullseye are hard to spot on a dark cloudy day aganist the dark background of the wooded hill side with my scope that has a 50mm lens. His scope has a 60mm lens and it gathers more light so spotting the holes is a lot easier on those dark cloudy days.
