Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Taiga 2U a good choice?

I have been looking at Taiga 2U red dot scopes and I want to know has anyone used one?  The scope is adjustable from 1-2.5x with the removable eyepiece.  They make a model 2UR that has a battery holder for AAA batteries but I haven't found a price on those.  The cheapest price I found was $84.99.  Let me know what you think.

New to me. Wonder about this one also, from the 2nd link:Optical Sight "Bagira-2"

Tantal or Yuri probably know more about these than I do.
