The sight is a PGO-7V, originally Soviet made, but I think yours is Chinese. They exported quite a few of them, hence the engrish writting. If your AK has the typical Soviet side rail, as in the AK-100 series, the PGO will fit. The problem is there's no real crosshair on the scope.
The prominant feature is the range finder in which you stick the target tank between the two lines. When the turret hits the top line and the bottom of the tracks hit the bottom line, that's your range. There's a complicated math formula that goes with it as well, preventing most from using the scope.
As far as value goes, they aren't worth a lot. The story behind yours is worth more than anything else.
