CNC Warrior would have probably thought of the patent and contract issue. I have ordered several of the CNC Warrior parts and they are very nice. DPH is smart to have them do the manufacturing for them. I have ordered from DPH, their pricing and service are great. But it is between CNC & DPH weather or not they negotiated who can and can't sell the mount. It would be my guess that CNC Warrior primarily wants to manufacture the parts and DPH mainly wants to sell them. These tough economic times have really changed the way many small companies do business. So CNC may have to sell their products directly if they aren't getting enough orders from companies. So unless I hear DPH call fowl, I would think everything is good to go.
With that said, I have a Krebs unit on my Saiga-308 that I really like. It is expensive, but there is great attention to detail. If they weren't so expensive, I would have one on every AK. But I am looking forward to giving this one as well as the Dogleg version a try in the future.
