I had only ever seen the circle 21 Aresenal AK74 mags but I acquired a few Circle 10 and wondered if they are special or something?

Nope, they are the most common actually. The circle 21's are more rare and I would speculate by a 1 to 10 ratio to the circle 10's.

There is also a circle 25 that is even more rare if you are collecting.

I just received 5 circle 21s and 2 circle 25s. They are used. Any idea of value?
