I bought this magazine in set with Romanian 3 cell pouch with another two magazines, which were however different in appearance. This is one of the nicest steel 30 rnd 7.62 magazine  have ever seen, therefore I am curious of its origin.
Unlike the other two mags which are blued, this one sports relatively thick layer of sprayed jet black paint. Anoher interesting detail is that the ribs are pressed crisp with high definition of the borders.

it is the magazine on the left:

Without going diggin' for comparison they seem to resemble the original mags that came with the Hungarian rifles.  The stamping on those are AWFULLY crisp, and I remember their finish as being a very "flat" black.  If we can't get a positive ID I can can go dig later on.  BTW- nice job on the pix.

Yes, I thought about it being Hungarian too, but there are few different details comparing the picture as post by 3-7Infantry.

Check it for yourself, note the top ending of the most rear pressed rib on the side of magazine. It does not go all the way to the top, but rather stops 5mm below the reinforcement steel plate, like on Polish mag. BTW, the second magazine on my picture have been ID as Polish, but again, is different to the group comparsion photo...

discussed mag is the one on the right:

Another detail is shape of the follower, our mysterious mag is on top here:

...and finally the shape of the notch securing floor plate in place (this time it is the mag at the bottom):

Regarding the pics, the trick is to use soft natural light not casting too sharp shadows. There is never enough of such ligt inside building, but using decent tripod usually does the trick even in house.
