I would check the equipment exchange to get the best deal.  

I've seen them from $80-$110.  

The average price is around $95.  

CDNN used to sell them for $99.  

I think KY Imports has them for $119 and I think I seen them at j& G Sales also.

I haven't seen any Chinese drums for sale in awhile. Everything I have seen has been of the top loading variety.
