I saw an add on another forum from Solar Tactical, they might have Russian plum mags in stock. If not, you will have to take your chances with private sellers or EE.

i have got an unissued Tula plum 5.45 mag complete with the steel loading clip if you are interested in it, but i am in the UK so not sure on postage regs etc.
