I've got a set of Mako/FAB Defense. They're very solid. They work on Chinese and European metal as well as my circle 10s. Never thrown them out of a moving car onto pavement or anything to verify by my impression of solidness still stands.

Here the clamp I used. It’s made by UTG, it work fine so far. Occasionally you have to retighten screw.

Whether you use ours or someone else's, install it on the mags and then tape it up with 100 mile-an-hour tape to make sure nothing moves.
Or, tape an empty 7.62x39 case (or two) to the inside of one mag and then just tape the two together. Tape it tight and they won't move.
