Something's not right with this....could it be a setup?....or someone unaware of import laws.....

That seller is a member of several gun forums.  As with anything overseas, you take your chances when ordering when purchasing gun parts from overseas.  No worries on a seller's side, but a little risk on the US side.  I've not heard of any problems with purchasing from the seller.

I would never buy anything from China gun wise. Customs will seize it.
