i have some (300rds) of chinese copper washed ammo with 141/72 case head stamp on stripper clips.
i want to know if its steel core.
there was a link at one time on how to id chinese steel core ammo but i cant find it.

Given the date stamp, I'd be willing to bet it's steel core.

The only way to be positive about whether it's steel core is to pull a bullet. I will say that all the chinese ammunition I purchased that was on strippers was steel core, but that is far from a definative answer.
