Would be a good idea, but since distributors have ammo in stock one day and out the next, and the massive price fluctuations, it would be very hard to track.  

And someone would have to update it often. ANYONE, ANYONE.

the updates would go like this:

"today is a normal day so Wolf 122gr FMJ would be around $65 for 1,000rds"

"tomorrow, when someone says the word shortage, everyone desides to hoard every single round they can find so Wolf 122gr FMJ would be around $150+ for 1,000rds"


maybe someday people will learn to lower prices you hold off on buying you don't run out and fight over the stuff and act like you are a crack junkie trying to get a fix. if people would set back and relax and buy like normal people then the prices would not jump so much at once.


example: here a few years ago gas prices started to get too high, so everyone desided that they would fix the problem by parking there cars for a couple days and not driving nor purchase gas. well, lets just say the the gas prices fell like a meteor would fall from the sky.

Were just waiting for you to post one so we can buy ammo.

I just picked up 500 rnds of Wolf 7.62x39 FMJ for $71 at Sportsmans Warehouse.  Not the greatest price in the world but not too shabby either considering the current shortage.

3/13/2006 - Paid $125.00 [+ tax] for 1000 Wolf FMJ at Dunhams store in northern Michigan.  Was listed in their 3/12/06 Sunday flier for $2.50 a box.  The store in my town has considerably less now.
