I look at it this way. With all the cheap non-corrosive 7.62 available today why take a chance on something that might be corrosive? I read somewhere that Russian corrosive primers are silver colored and non-corrosive are gold colored but I have no idea if that is true or not. I think a lot of people clean their gun with windex after shooting corrosive ammo.

That is correct... primer determines whether or not the cartridge is corrosive....
WINDEX is the best to use.. amonia neutralizes the corrossive salts...
