Ive read the ammo reviews but am curious as to what you guys feel is the most accurate and the hootest ammo  you have used...
I so far have only used Wolf hollow points with no problems...
Now I want to see how accurate my RF109 is instead of just blasting away.
How is remington, winchester, silver bear, brown bear and the usual ammo
im looking for good accurate ammo and then some really hot ammo for the Holy Sh*t factor-ie big flash etc.
any thoughts on these and any others I should know about
unlike my AR which loves Federals XM193 which is both accurate and creates a huge flash abd seems really hot
im looking for the same for the AK

 Don't have a chronograph so I can't say anything about hot.
 Have found the Barnaul and Ulyanovsk to be the most accurate and consistent.  This is in my SAR 1
and others will have rifles with other preferences.
 I understand that the Wolf FMJ is as close to the
Russian military enhanced 7.62 as you'll likely
get.  It is boat tailed for better aerodynamics and
has an airspace in the nose  for fast tumbling on impact.

Corbon's load. By far the hottest. I still want to try the Laupa load as I've heard very very good things about it.

the wolf you refer to, is that the bi metal or regualr FMJ
all I had used to far is the HP they sell
I will look into barnaul and ulanyosk or however its spelled.
