If you're not in a hurry to buy a whole cas or anything www.midwayusa.com sells the 123 barnaul HP or SP for $1.83 a box. The shipping is cheap and fast.

Uly and Klimovsk both looked promising. Klimovsk is hard to find, but Uly can be found in sealed spam cans marked as "Mil-Spec" brand. www.aimsurplus.com has this.
Didn't get the chance to try Barnaul SP. When I opened the boxes, there was 5.56 ammo in them! |
