Good, maybe we can get the AP ruling overturned and the 7n6 can flow again.

Did anyone else notice that they PAID $0.16 per round for this latest batch of ammo I'm a tard ?

Even if they  win it will not effect it's designation , they are suing for damages not an overturning of the ruling. It might give leverage to another  case though.

This is the same thing the ATF did to Kengs in 1994 , Kengs had guns in the country and the ATF refused to release them from the bonded warehouse . Even though they were imported before the cutoff date ,. The courts ruled in the ATF's favor then . I hope for a different result this time but have lower expectations
