what exactly is the polymer coat that is used on the new wolf ammo?

What do you mean?  Are you wondering what it looks like, chemical composition, how well it works, etc?

I think lacquer is withstands the weather better and functions 100% in all my AKs and SKS.  Here is a picture of what it looks like.  The grey is casings are poly coated and the green is lacquer coated.

I believe that Wolf went to the polymer coatings because it helps it feed better in picky rifles (AR's and such, mainly in Wolf's 223 rounds)...if you have an AK or SKS, it makes no difference if you shoot polymer or laquer.  As to what the polymer is made of...I have no idea.
