Here she is.
 It was a little more work than a demilled kit but, the price was right .   After we elect a more "gun friendly" Sherrif this fall I'll submit the form 1. Once aproved I'll add the underfolder stock. |

Kit looks good.
A quick question in regards to the barrel and shell extractor. Did you mill/grind the barrel before or after installation? The next question how much? |

I milled the relief for the extractor befor installing the barrel. I got a measurement of .041" deep from another barrel so thats what I cut this one to. The same barrel had a gas port hole of .141". The closest I had was a .137" bit. That is what I used and it functions fine. Even with the flashhider removed.
Talk about a big boom and fireball.

I have a naked M92 kit and milled receiver on the way. I identified the major issues as follows: pressing barrel and headspacing bolt; milling extractor slot; cross-drilling and pinning barrel; drilling gas hole. As far as I can tell, everything else is slap-together work. Anything I missed? Where can I get a shed-load of 20rd 7.62x39 magazines cheap?
