I would say that 50% of the barrels I press out get booged up from the barrel pin hole.

Is this just me? is there something I can do to stop this!

I use a piece of angle iron cut to the shape of the trunnion and press the barrel out with pennies and a 1/2" 6" socket extension.

advice?

I use a two jaw gear puller with some pennies over the chamber and a 12mm socket pressed on the threaded rod. I havent pulled alot of barrels like this (6 thus far) but also havent had any galling yet.

heat the trunnion with a torch and add oil between the barrel and trunnion
it will draw the oil in

that will help

on the yugos it happens cause the trunnion is alot harder then the barrel
