Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Yugo RPK reciver spot welded to front trunnion.

I was cleaning up and demilling my Yugo RPK tonight amd found that the reciver is spot welded to the front trunnion.I diden know anyone did that. I wonder if they spot weld it befor drilling the rivet holes?
After getting it cleaned up I sliped it on my DCI reciver, Holes line up except to the upper holes in the bulged part. They are about a quarter hole off. What do you suggest I do?

Just egg out the holes a bit until the rivot will fit.

I had to do the same thing with my  first 2 builds.
