sure you can, firing line has the receivers cut for the side folding stock.

Why would you?  Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a light weight short rifle?  (Don't take that as a flame.  It's your money.  Do what you want.  I'm just curious why.)

I just bought a AK74 and I have a spare milled 74 receiver.  So I thought it stupid to build another 74.  Well maybe I'll register the receiver for a SBR. Hmmmmm!
