Help Me decide on my next kit to assemble.

I already have:
Hungarian - AMD-65
Hungarian - AMD Pistol
Three Romanian AK-47’s
Hungarian - FEG SA-85

I’m going to build one more for my collection then I’m probably done.
Which one of the following should I build?

YUGO M70 AB2 Underfolder or
Polish AKMS Underfolder or
Polish Tantal.

I would go for the yugo underfold ...you can get them for 79 at centerfire right now

I was in the same boat as you, didn't have an underfolder so it was between the Polish and the Yugo. And I *think* I'm done buying kits, depending on the barrel ban and future imports.

Since you're done with one more, spend the extra $100 - $150 and get the Polish with the standard (no trunion bulge) receiver, chromelined bore, etc. The non-chrome lined, pitted barrels of the Yugos were too much of a crapshoot for me, plus I am bending my own flats, which I can't really do for the Yugo. The Polish is being delivered to my house today.

i say a nice amd63 or get yourself a sa85 and install a underfolder on it
seems like you like the hung rifles (some of the best i think)
why stray now

Hmmm! I didn't even think of that, I'd like to have an amd63 too. This isn't easy trying to figure out which kit will will be my last.

I think I'm leaning towards the Polish Underfolder. They just have that cool factor going for them

Maybe just two or three more kits. Oh God . . . I just can't stop . . . please help me!

You need an underfolder and a sidefoler, get the Tantal and the PMKM, If you have your heart set on just one more i'd go with the PMKM over the Tantal. McM

Just got home, and I'm really happy with my ammunitionstore Polish underfolder. For $179, you can't beat it. It is about 90% as advertised, but it looks good enough that I'm not going to refinish it. I'll take pics later, gotta go shoot my muzzleloader.

Swap calibers. Go for a Tantal or a 74.

Build a Yugo M92 Krink, SBR it and have the coolest rifle in the county. If you live where SBR is a no no, add a fake can and still be way ahead of the game..

Thanks everyone for the your thoughts on my next build.

I've got a Polish underfolder from the ammunitionstore on the way. It was just to good of a deal at $179 shipped.

Received my Polish under folder kit yesterday. Kit was complete with very good condition wood hand guards. Finish on the hard parts was almost nonexistent, as almost completely gone. No big deal though, because I always refinish everything, it will just save me time when using the glass bead cabinet. Also all of the rivets had been drilled out in the demill process.

Can't wait to put this one together!
