Has anyone used a 1.6mm global receiver and installed a russian or bulgarian style side folder? What problems did you encounter with the thicker reciever?

Sorry, I haven't but I was thinking about using one for an upcoming build that I plan to use a Chinese trunnionless underfolder. Other than the fact of having to remove .3mm from the trunnion sides, my opinion is that the only thing more difficult would only be the thicker metal to drill and cut through which really shouldn't be much more difficult.
