How do you install an EG Side Folder into a Romanian AK?  Does anyone have pictures of the process?  

The EG sidefolder should attach just like the wood stock on a Romanian AK.

Stepped tang with two screws to attach to the stock rear trunion.

How do all the folder parts go together?  There is the lever, pin, c-clip and a detent like part.

The EG folder only has one screw for the rear tang.  
You have to remove the pistol grip, slide the EG folder into the receiver, install the screw on the tang, and then reinstall the pistol grip through the hole in the folder insert.  The stock is held in place by the screw on the tang and the pistol grip screw.

Somewhere there was already a thread on this but I can't find it.  Here's a pic of the assembled stock:



The square hole on the bottom is for your PG lug.  You have to disassemble the relevant parts and put the lug in before you slide (pound) the stock in place.  Also, you will probably have to thin out the sides of the receiver insert so it will fit in a US receiver.  I used a belt sander upside down with the trigger clamped on to do this.  The sheet metal part on the insert always wants to slide downwards and off the rest of the assembly.  Be diligent and keep an eye on that.  Also, when you get close to complete insertion, the whole thing wants to tilt a little which makes final alignment and seating impossible.
