I have a P/U kit and need a complete receiver for it, all of the receivers I have come across seem to be for fixed stock rifles.

Get a Global 1.0mm, cut out receiver for underfolder assembly yourself.  Some place such as Global will do a underfolder cut out for you as a custom job but they don't like to do it due to variances between the rear trunnions for underfolders.  I just did a cutout myself and it really wasn't very difficult but it did take some time and patience.  I used the rear trunnion as a template for my cutout.
