Barrels not for use on 922r guns???

What's up with this statement on Falcon Arms web site? There are a lot of AK's out there built on those barrels. Are they talking about new barrels after ATF's new statement or the barrels currently here or on some boat on the way here?

(We have finally gotten these kits in after waiting since last October. I have looked at these kits and they look to be almost brand new. If your looking for a kit in excellent shape, these would be hard to beat.

Doesn't apply to homebuilders, it's been the verbage for years.

A low-cap WASR-10 would be a 922-compliant gun.

A home-built Romy kit with the necessary US parts is a US rifle, not subject to 922 regulations. It is not subject to 922 regulations until there are more than 10 imported parts.

That rule is for importers not builders. I wrote the FTB about this same question in June. Here's the letter. See page two question three.
